Brad Miller Looking To Regain 2016 Form
7 years agoTampa Bay Rays second baseman Brad Miller looks to rebound from a disappointing 2017 season where he missed 52 games. Even in the games he played, his pace fell short in most categories of the great 2016 season he had previously. He went from .242/30HR/81RBI to .201/9/40. He is expected to play most of his games at first base but he would have a lot more value in leagues that grant him second base eligibility. Miller has top-15 potential at second base if he plays like it is 2016 and gets some help from the rest of the lineup around him. He also has a downside of becoming simply a deep league option who had one outlier season. In a mixed league, you should start debating him once your draft starts getting into the 20's at second base.
