3 years agoDespite delivering his team two seasons of sadness, the Bears are still drinking full glasses of Kevin White's KoolAid. Following up a lost 2015, the former first-round pick managed to play in four games this season before succumbing to another leg injury. When White was on the field, the Bears had an obvious mandate to throw to him as often as possible, leading him to set a team record for catches over the team's first four games with 19. But that is a very misleading stat, as he received 36 targets during that time (much to the detriment of other receivers) and only produced 187 receiving yards and no touchdowns for all that trouble. Now working towards 2017, White has a seat at this team's passing table and the team's favor as they expect his main weapon -- his speed -- to return in full. He could be a sneaky deep league pick if his health cooperates and luck breaks right, but that's a big if.--Tony
