4 months agoLos Angeles Angels third baseman Anthony Rendon (groin) appears to be on the precipice of returning to the lineup. The 32-year-old was last in there on May 13, but patient fantasy managers should expect to get Rendon back from a groin injury by the middle of Week 11, either on Tuesday or Wednesday, per manager Phil Nevin. The former Washington Nationals standout was on a heater in 16 games before the setback, hitting .368 (21-for-57) with a .953 OPS and 11 RBI over this period. Upon his return, Rendon should slot right back into Anaheim's heart of the order.
