4/20:Cincinnati Reds starting pitcher Amir Garrett turned in another excellent outing for the Reds on Wednesday night. The rookie southpaw allowed two runs over seven innings, striking out 12 batters and walking just one. He took the tough-luck loss in the game, however, as his offense was shut out by the Orioles pitching staff. Garrett lowered his ERA to 1.83 after his first three big league starts. Garrett has quickly become a must-add in all formats and his excellent start against the Orioles assures that his ownership rates will spike. Garrett will take on the strikeout-prone Brewers in his next start and should be active in all formats for that game.--Matt Terelle - Rotoballer
