6 months agoLos Angeles Dodgers outfielder Alex Verdugo collected two more hits in Sunday's 7-1 win against the Milwaukee Brewers, including his third home run of the season and three RBI. Verdugo is slashing .343/.343/.714 through 16 games with six extra-base hits and five runs scored. The only thing he isn't doing is drawing walks or stealing bases, so fantasy owners won't want to hold their breath for points in those categories. He has added some nice loft to his swing and he has already nearly equaled his extra-base hit production from 2018 across 37 games. The 22-year-old is just starting to scratch the surface of his fantasy potential.--Daniel E. Dobish - RotoBaller
