5/19:Los Angeles Angels first baseman Albert Pujols (hamstring) underwent an MRI on Friday and it came back clean. Pujols is hopeful that he will be in the Angels lineup either tomorrow or Sunday against the Mets, and C.J. Cron will start at first base. There is still a chance that Pujols is given the weekend off, as the Angels are playing in a National League park, save for pinch-hitting duty here or there. He is safe to bench today and likely all weekend, as he has only played two games at first base all year. The 37-year-old has seen his bat start to come to life over the last few weeks with a .276 batting average in May to go along with two home runs and 10 RBI.--Chris Zolli - RotoBaller
