6 months agoLos Angeles Angels designated hitter Albert Pujols will start at first base and bat fourth Monday night against the Rangers. The team will welcome back outfielder Mike Trout (groin) to the lineup but he will serve as the team's designated hitter. That will move the 39-year-old Pujols into the field to play first base. Pujols has driven in four runs over his last four games played but is slugging only .391 this season. Once Trout is healthy, expect the team to use Justin Bour at first base and Pujols will move back to his traditional role as a DH in the near future.--Joey C - RotoBaller
