7/9:Philadelphia Phillies starting pitcher Aaron Nola threw seven brilliant innings on Monday, fanning 10 while allowing just one hit and one walk in the second game of a doubleheader against the New York Mets. It is the fourth time in 2018 that Nola has reached double digits in strikeouts, and he is now averaging better than a K per inning (126 in 123 total innings) on the season. It is no surprise that the 25-year-old will be making his first All-Star appearance next week in Washington, D.C.--Neil Tardy - RotoBaller
