We're on to Week 15, RotoBallers, and we're here to guide you through the 15th week of the season and find sneaky sleeper values to help you take down your favorite contest. If you're playing cash games, you don't have to have the top QB or RB of the week. But in Guaranteed Prize Pools (GPPs)? The best way to go is to focus on players with the highest potential upside for their DFS price.
This article will run every week throughout the regular season. It won't include the obvious choices but instead players who appear to be undervalued in current DFS formats. As the values currently sit, players will qualify as a value in DFS (based on DraftKings salaries) for this article if they are a quarterback in the 5k range, running backs who are 6k or less, wide receivers at 5.5k and under, and 4k or less for tight ends. When it comes to tournaments, stacking our quarterback with one of their pass catchers is a must.
It's crucial to prioritize players with higher guaranteed floors and consistency to increase our chances of winning cash games. No matter which game you choose, these picks will come in handy. So, without further ado, let's dive in!

Quarterback NFL DFS Value Plays - Week 15
Will Levis, TEN vs. HOU | DK: $5,400, FD: $6,800
Levis is coming off a huge win against Miami on Monday Night Football, and the Houston Texans are missing their young superstar (too soon?) quarterback due to concussion symptoms. One has nothing to do with the other, but scoring against the Titans will be a bit tougher without CJ Stroud, and we could see Tennessee's offense on the field more often than not.
Tennesee's newest quarterback threw for a career-high 327 yards and a touchdown against Miami, becoming the fifth rookie in history with at least 300 passing yards in a game. As a starter, Levis ranks third among all rookies with 1,593 yards passing and has three wins and four losses.
Tommy Devito, NYG @ NO | DK: $5,200, FD: $6,500
The 5-8 New York Football Giants are looking to extend their three-game winning streak in their contest in New Orleans against the Saints. Devito has quickly become a favorite son of New York as the Giants starting quarterback and his ability to run with the ball could cause New Orleans fits at the Superdome.
If the Saints get off to a slow start, even their defense might not be enough to stop Devito and the Giants from winning game number four on the road.
Running Back NFL DFS Value Plays - Week 15
Ezekiel Elliott, NE vs. KC | DK: $5,800, FD: $6,500
The Chiefs are ranked 20th in rushing yards allowed, averaging 114.9 per game. Elliott has rushed for 497 rushing yards on 134 attempts, scoring two touchdowns along the way. Elliott also has 31 receptions for 226 yards (17.4 ypg) and one touchdown. Zeke has shown brief flashes of what we have seen in the past, and versus the Chiefs, he could see more opportunities to show us what he's got left in those legs.
Antonio Gibson, WAS vs. LAR | DK: $5,200, FD: $5,600
With no Brian Robinson this week, it's Gibson SZN in Washington. Given the fact that Washington will most likely be trying to score from behind for most of the game, Gibson could see a large amount of balls thrown his way.
Shockingly, the Commanders are ranked sixth in the league in receiving yards after catch, with a total of 1,711 for the season. We'll see if this stat continues versus the Rams on Sunday at FedEx Field.
Tyler Allgeier, ATL @ CAR | DK: $4,400, FD: $5,700
The Atlanta Falcons have finally realized that they have Bijan Robinson in their backfield. As a result, Allgeier is no longer causing frustration for fantasy managers. However, at a price of $4,400, he only needs a few carries, a couple of receptions, and a touchdown to be worth his value.
It may seem like a tall order, but he has the potential to steal a touchdown from Robinson against a Carolina team that has allowed an average of 123 rushing yards per game this season and is first in the league in rushing touchdowns allowed (1.7 per game).

Wide Receiver NFL DFS Value Plays - Week 15
Rashid Shaheed, NO vs. NYG | DK: $4,300, FD: $6,000
Shaheed is returning to the field this Sunday against the Giants, with Chris Olave's availability being a game-time decision. Shaheed had missed the previous two games due to a thigh injury, and without Olave, the speedy Shaheed will have several opportunities to score against a Giants team allowing over 360 yards of total offense this season.
Shaheed has caught 33 passes out of 55 targets for 534 yards and three touchdowns in 11 games. He is currently second in receiving yards on the team. Fire him up!
Terry McLaurin, LAR vs. WAS | DK: $5,600, FD: $6,700
McLaurin at $5,600 is a travesty, but he is with a Washington team that is done for the season and is simply waiting for Coach Rivera's eventual dismissal. Los Angeles is allowing 256 receiving yards per game this season and is around the middle of the league in yards per pass attempt allowed at 6.4 yards per pass.
McLaurin deserves better than what the Commanders have given him recently (meaning the ball, or a lack thereof), but McLaurin is a pro, and he will do all he can to help the team win. If he gets the targets, he's a top value for this weekend's slate.
Jayden Reed, TB @ GB | DK: $5,200, FD: $6,100
With no Christian Watson this week, Reed is expected to be the Packers' number-one receiver. The Buccaneers have allowed the sixth-most fantasy points to wide receivers this season and are allowing 264 yards in passing per game this season. In Reed's last five games, he has 25 catches for 207 yards and has scored four touchdowns. He'll have plenty of opportunities to cook versus Tampa Bay this Sunday.
Tight End NFL DFS Value Plays - Week 15
Tucker Kraft, GB vs. TB | DK: $3,000, FD: $6,500
Another opportunity for a Packer to cook against a passing defense that has allowed 264 yards per game this season. The rookie has continued to improve, and with Luke Musgrave out due to a lacerated kidney, he could quickly become one of Jordan Love's favorite targets (and at 6'5 and 258, he's a target that's hard to miss).
Chig Okonkwo, TEN vs. HOU | DK: $2,900, FD: $5,000
New quarterbacks tend to use their tight ends as security blankets when thrown out into the cold, unforgiving NFL, and Levis is no different. I expect him to find Okonkwo more than a few times against a Houston team missing a key defensive player in defensive end Will Anderson Jr (ankle).
Houston has allowed 265 passing yards in their last three games, and without Anderson Jr. to help put pressure on Levis, the rookie QB could have a big game and bring Okonkwo along for the ride.
