FanDuel DFS Guards

Kyrie Irving (at ATL, $7,900)

The San Antonio Spurs and Oklahoma City Thunder are still battling back and forth in their series, which makes fantasy rather difficult for the time being. The Spurs have a ridiculous defense, so picking on them in a two-game slate probably will not work out. Instead, use Kyrie Irving against the Atlanta Hawks, who happens to be terrible defensively. Irving has over 30 fantasy points in every game so far this season, and his upside is even greater than that. He is the best guard option on the board.

J.R. Smith (at ATL, $5,100)

J.R. Smith is cheap, and he has huge upside for the Cleveland Cavaliers. He did not shoot great in his last game, but in the two prior games, he was locked on from the three-point line. He has 24.5 or more fantasy points in two of his last three games, and the Hawks are likely going to continue to leave him wide open. Do not use him in 50/50 contests, as he tends to be rather sporadic with his scoring, but on a two-game slate, it is not recommended to play 50/50 contests at all.

 

FanDuel DFS Forwards

LaMarcus Aldridge (at OKC, $8,900)

LaMarcus Aldridge gets a slight edge over LeBron James tonight against the Oklahoma City Thunder. James will be a very popular pick considering his upside and matchup against the offensive-minded Atlanta Hawks, but Aldridge has just as much upside. Two games ago, he posted under one fantasy point shy of 60 in 41 minutes against the Thunder. So far this series, he has two games with over 35 points and 45 fantasy points. Use him in all formats.

Serge Ibaka (vs SA, $5,600)

Serge Ibaka has actually been rather consistent so far this series, and that is something that generally does not happen in the playoffs - at least for the cheaper players. In his last three games, he has over 20 fantasy points in all of them, and his price tag is still down. The San Antonio Spurs are great defensively, but it looks like Ibaka has them figured out. Use him in all formats until he fails to produce.

 

FanDuel DFS Centers

Steven Adams (vs SA, $4,900)

Steven Adams is a monster on the boards. His price tag is much lower than Al Horford's, and he has some great upside due to that. In his last game, he only grabbed 11 rebounds, but in the game prior, Adams came down with the ball 17 times in 37 minutes. He also scored over 10 fantasy points to complete the double-double, posting just under 35 fantasy points. With upside like that, it is difficult to avoid him in tournaments.
