Recent Update

12/13:The St. Louis Cardinals sent outfielder Magneuris Sierra to the Miami Marlins as part of the Marcell Ozuna trade. Sierra hit .317 with the Cardinals last season in 22 games. He has a strong throwing arm and great outfield instincts as well as a solid ability to hit for average. His swing is almost completely devoid of power, however. The Marlins hope they got a shiny new version of a former fan favorite, Juan Pierre. Sierra is likely to earn a starting role in the Marlins outfield in 2018, especially if the team gives away Christian Yelich as well.--David A Marcillo - RotoBaller
