Recent Update

9/24:Tampa Bay Rays relief pitcher Sergio Romo finished off another victory Sunday versus Toronto. He would allow two baserunners but did not allow a run in one inning of work to finish off the 5-2 victory. He would earn his 23rd save of the season, although he has blown eight. Romo also opened five games earlier in the season. The Rays are on the verge of elimination so there exists the possibility that they experiment with different guys in different roles over the last week. Romo stays relevant as long as he remains the closer.--Jamie Mellor - RotoBaller
