BALLER MOVE: Start In All Leagues
POSITIONAL VALUE: RB1
ANALYSIS: Kansas City Chiefs running back Isiah Pacheco has been a fantasy star in his second NFL season. The second-year running back is the RB19 for the year, averaging 12.8 half-point PPR fantasy points per game despite missing two contests with a shoulder injury.
Pacheco left last week’s loss to the Las Vegas Raiders with a concussion. While many didn’t expect him to suit up Sunday against the Cincinnati Bengals, the star running back has reportedly cleared the concussion protocol and is ready to play.
The fact that the Chiefs will have Pacheco for Sunday’s game is excellent news for fantasy players. Cincinnati has struggled to slow down opposing passing attacks since losing defensive lineman D.J. Reader to a season-ending injury a few weeks ago.
Over the past two weeks, the Bengals have surrendered 117.5 rushing yards, one touchdown, and 22.5 fantasy points per game to running backs. Fantasy players should slide Pacheco back into their RB1 slot and not think twice about it.
