As the calendar flips to June, we are officially past the one-third mark of the major league season. These stash rankings look a lot different now than when the season started, as the last two months have given us a continuous flow of exciting prospect promotions. Some of those names have already made solid contributions to their major league teams and to our fantasy teams as well. Others have struggled, with some even finding their way back down to Triple-A.

That's the name of the game with prospects and rookies. As I've said five million times, prospect development is not linear. It never has been linear and never will be linear. While we all want to grab the next big thing to help push for a fantasy championship, we need to be strategic with stashing and targeting prospects in redraft leagues. Especially for those leagues with smaller benches.

These prospect rankings are for 2026 redraft value only. These are MLB prospects who could potentially make a fantasy baseball impact in 2026 redraft leagues. Fantasy Baseball Prospect Rankings Analysis

Edwin Arroyo, Cincinnati Reds

Sometimes, an unfortunate injury at the major league level opens up playing time for a top prospect. That was the case here with Edwin Arroyo, as Elly De La Cruz left Sunday's game with hamstring tightness and had an MRI on Monday morning.

While the injury thankfully isn't too serious, the Reds did place De La Cruz on the 10-day IL around lunchtime on the East Coast. And with the shortstop position now open, Arroyo got the call to take over at shortstop in Cincinnati.

Arroyo has been hitting well all season and is coming off a standout month in May. In 107 plate appearances last month, Arroyo slashed a robust .356/.393/.693 with 15 extra-base hits, eight home runs, and four steals.

He's on the aggressive end of the spectrum, walking just three times in May, but he also struck out in just 15.9% of his May plate appearances and 16.8% overall this season.

Now that he's in the majors, Arroyo's blend of contact, power, and speed makes him an intriguing option in redraft leagues. He was running a 90.3 mph AVG EV, 103.2 mph 90th percentile EV, and a 41% hard-hit rate in Triple-A. On top of that, Arroyo's zone and overall contact rates sit at 88.7% and 78.9%, respectively. I'd look to add him in all non-shallow redraft leagues.

James Tibbs III, Los Angeles Dodgers

With Teoscar Hernandez on the IL with a strained hamstring, the Dodgers have been rolling with either Alex Call or Ryan Ward in left field for the past week. But if James Tibbs III continues mashing, he could wiggle his way into that left field gig in the near future.

Tibbs has been mashing all season. In 54 games for Triple-A Oklahoma City, Tibbs has belted 16 doubles and 17 home runs with a .322/.426/.659 slash line.

The quality of contact has been highly impressive, with Tibbs currently running a 92.8 mph AVG EV, a 56.5% hard-hit rate, and a 21.1% barrel rate. However, despite the .322 average, Tibbs' 73.9% zone and 65.6% overall contact rates are pretty concerning.

Those contact rates are the main reason why I haven't declared Tibbs to be a "high-priority stash," but there's definitely some intrigue here and a path to playing time in the near future.

Joshua Baez, St. Louis Cardinals

Well, I guess Joshua Baez didn't appreciate me moving him down these stash rankings last week because he went bonkers at the plate. Over the last week, Baez has racked up seven extra-base hits and five home runs while having three multi-hit games in Memphis' six-game series against Omaha.

On one hand, I'm still concerned about how Baez's contact, walk, and strikeout rates have all gotten worse this season and basically reverted back to pre-2025 levels. However, Baez has only struck out in 20.4% of his 49 plate appearances over his last 10 games and has already racked up 16 home runs and 11 steals in 50 games this season. The average might be a bit low, but the power/speed blend makes Baez incredibly exciting for fantasy purposes.

Charlie Condon, Colorado Rockies

After a relatively slow start to the season in Triple-A, Charlie Condon has really heated up over the last two weeks. With two more hits on Sunday, Condon is now on a 12-game hitting streak and has smacked four home runs in his last seven games.

This mini home run barrage has pushed Condon up to eight home runs in 48 games this season, to go along with a dozen doubles, four steals, and a .262/.391/.470 slash line. Condon has also posted above-average quality of contact metrics with a 90 mph AVG EV, 44.2% hard-hit rate, and a 9.3% barrel rate. His 79.1% zone and 68.9% overall contact rates are a bit below-average, though.

With above-average power and close-to-average contact rates, Condon should be just fine once you factor in the Coors Field BABIP boost. And while there's not a glaring opening in Colorado's lineup, Condon could come up soon and split time between first base (against LHP) and DH.
