DraftKings NCAA Tournament CBB DFS Lineup Picks for 3/18/23 - Daily Fantasy College Basketball Advice

Jaime Jaquez - CBB DFS Picks, NCAA Daily College Fantasy Basketball

Today's DraftKings college basketball DFS lineup picks for 3/18/23. Mike Marteny's CBB daily fantasy advice and lineup sleepers to help you win on DraftKings.

We already shed 36 teams, so we are at less than half of what we started with. We still have eight exciting games around today since Princeton and Furman knocked out a couple of heavyweights. Can they make it to the second weekend?

The Big 12(10) and SEC are well represented on this slate. We've been using them all season long, so we know what to expect. Who is going to help us win today?

In this article, I will be providing you with my daily fantasy college basketball lineup picks for DraftKings on 3/18/23, starting at 12:10 pm Eastern. I’ll provide multiple player suggestions at guard and forward, aiming to highlight one option at the high, middle, and lower end of the salary scale. Good luck, RotoBallers.

DraftKings CBB DFS Guards

D'Moi Hodge, Missouri ($8,600)

Hodge finished the season strong, scoring more than 20 points in three straight and four of his last five. This is a great matchup for Missouri since Arizona was asleep at the wheel on Thursday. Hodge is one of the best pure scorers in the entire tournament and is a great defensive player as well. He has 28 steals in his last eight games. That's a lot of points to go with his elite level scoring.

Anthony Black, Arkansas ($7,300)

Go watch an Arkansas game from this season. Chances are you'll notice that Black is the most active player on the court for either team. He doesn't always score, but Black often posts a number in every category on the stat sheet. He's a good rebounder, is good with the ball in his hands, and a good shooter. His ankle looked fine in the first-round game against Illinois. Black played 35 minutes and scored 28 DraftKings points, a mark that he has topped in four straight games. If the Piggies are going to score the upset, Black is going to need a big game.

Amari Bailey, UCLA ($6,900)

Jaylen who? All right, UCLA fans...I'm just joking. Anyone who has watched this team this season knows how important Jaylen Clark was to where they are. However, his fill-in has been nearly as impressive. Bailey is averaging 30.6 DraftKings points per game since Clark went down in the season finale against Arizona. Bailey's scoring has eased the burden on the rest of the team as UCLA is looking at making another deep run. Bailey's play is a big reason why.

Jahmai Mashack, Tennessee ($4,800)

Tyreke Key had taken over the starting point guard job for a few games at the end of the season, but it seems as though Mashack is back in the gig for the time being. He played 31 minutes against Missouri in the SEC Tournament and 28 against Louisiana in the first round. Mashack is a better scorer than Key, so that's what the Vols need right now. Mashack isn't going to break a slate, but he likely won't hurt us either.

Also consider: Jaime Jaquez, UCLA ($9,600); Jamal Shead, Houston ($8,400); Tyger Campbell, UCLA ($7,900); Sir'Jabari Rice, Texas ($7,200); Jeremy Roach, Duke ($6,500); Marcus Foster, Furman ($5,400); Andrew Funk, Penn State ($5,100); Don Carey, Maryland ($4,300); Rylen Griffen, Alabama ($3,500)

DraftKings CBB DFS Forwards

Jalen Wilson, Kansas ($9,400)

Wilson was mostly doing cardio against Howard. His 33 minutes were the fewest since February 20 in a foul-plagued game against TCU. Wilson still scored 20 points for the sixth consecutive game and should extend that streak against Arkansas. Wilson is a matchup problem for any team. We're just hoping he gets back to double digits in rebounds again to maximize his potential.

Tosan Evbuomwan, Princeton ($8,400)

Tosan did everything for the Tigers in the upset of Arizona and in winning the Ivy League tournament. He has four straight games with at least 32 DraftKings points and is showing no signs of slowing down. If Princeton is going to pull another upset, Tosan will be the reason why. He's the only guy that we know is going to be a huge part of the Princeton game plan.

Dereck Lively, Duke ($6,600)

Lively isn't involved in the offense much at all, but he is one of the better rim protectors in the entire country. Lively had six blocks in the first round against Oral Roberts and has at least two blocks in all but one game since January 23. He can hit value in blocks and rebounds alone. Lively has only been under 20 DraftKings points once since Valentine's Day.

Charles Bediako, Alabama ($5,300)

Bediako was a wrecking ball in the SEC Tournament, racking up 96.5 DraftKings points in just 70 minutes over the three games. He picked up right where he left off in the first round with 27 DraftKings points in just 16 minutes against the Islanders. The Tide are going to need Bediako's presence against Maryland, especially if Miller's groin is still bugging him. He is expected to play, but it might be the same thing as with Houston and Marcus Sasser. Miller will play, but he will likely be limited. I expect another big game out of Bediako.

Also consider: Brandon Miller, Alabama ($10,000); Johni Broome, Auburn ($9,000); Jalen Slawson, Furman ($8,200); Dylan Disu, Texas ($6,800); Makhi Mitchell, Arkansas ($5,800); Jaedon LeDee, San Diego State ($5,400); Dariq Whitehead, Duke ($4,200); Aguek Arop, San Diego State ($4,100); Tobe Awaka, Tennessee ($3,300)
