Aaron Glenn Non-Committal on Possible QB Change Going into Week 12
New York Jets head coach Aaron Glenn continued his non-committal approach on Friday when asked by reporters if he's considering a change at quarterback after the team's Week 11 loss to the New England Patriots on Thursday Night Football, according to Rich Cimini of ESPN. "I'm evaluating everything," Glenn said. The head coach said he's not looking for a "short-term spark," and his decision will be based on "what gives them the best chance to win." Justin Fields started hot on Thursday and had a decent day for fantasy managers thanks to his 67 rushing yards and touchdown on the ground, but he threw for only 116 yards, lost a fumble, and left a lot to be desired in a 27-14 loss. The 26-year-old has finished under 100 yards passing in four games this year, including under 50 yards passing three times. He hasn't had much help in the passing attack, but it's looking more likely that veteran Tyrod Taylor might get the start in Week 12 against the Baltimore Ravens.
