Buffalo Bills head coach Sean McDermott said that wide receiver Joshua Palmer (ankle, knee) has been ruled out for Sunday's Week 9 contest against the Kansas City Chiefs, according to Maddy Glab of BuffaloBills.com. Palmer returned to practice on Thursday, but he was moving around gingerly and will now end up missing a second straight game. Struggling second-year wideout Keon Coleman wasn't able to take advantage of Palmer sitting out in last week's blowout win over the Carolina Panthers, catching three of four targets for 30 yards. With the 26-year-old Palmer missing another game, Elijah Moore, Tyrell Shavers, and Curtis Samuel should battle for WR3 snaps again behind Coleman and Khalil Shakir, but it's really hard to trust anyone outside of Shakir in starting fantasy football lineups at the moment, especially in a tough matchup against KC's defense.--Keith Hernandez
