The Packers starting strong safety since 2011, Morgan Burnett has been one of the most productive and steady defensive backs in IDP leagues over that span, routinely finishing in the Top 10 among defensive backs, making him a true DB1. When healthy, and that is somewhat of an issue with Burnett, he is a lock for at least 90 combined tackles (five of the past six seasons, including three topping 100), and while he has been somewhat inconsistent in posting stats elsewhere, he has shown an ability to contribute in other areas, combining for five sacks and interceptions in 2016. Burnett is also entering a contract year, so incentive should certainly be there to stay on the field and to continue his productive ways. While he most likely won't play in all 16 games, he remains a very safe bet among DBs in the league, and should be drafted somewhere between the third to fifth defensive back.
