NBA DFS Lineup Picks & Sleepers – FanDuel Advice for 3/31/15

All throughout the 2014-15 NBA campaign, RotoBaller will be analyzing the top NBA DFS lineup picks and providing our expert advice for the best sleepers at the guard, forward and center positions. Below are our favorite FanDuel DFS picks for March 31st, 2015.

Keep in mind, fantasy basketball is a fickle game when it comes to injured players, so be sure to check all lineups prior to tip-off. If you want to chat about your roster picks, check out the DFS chat room at the bottom of this post.

Worth the Investment

Reggie Jackson (Det, G) - $8,600

So this is what Reggie Jackson is capable of? Well I am impressed, and fantasy basketball nation has certainly taken notice as well. Jackson is quickly climbing the ranks as one of the best fantasy point guards in the game, and his sheer volume in production makes him a worthwhile pick from now until the end of the season. In his last seven games, Jackson is averaging 22.6 points, 6.7 rebounds, 11.4 assists, and 0.6 steals. His numbers have been especially great given his lowered turnover rate from his first few weeks, and his consistency has definitely provided justice for his increasing price tag on FanDuel. Look for Jackson to continue his incredible production on Tuesday against the Hawks. Greg Monroe's health is still in question, and as a result, the Pistons will require Jackson to put up even more shots. This will give him even more opportunities to pad his fantasy line with a few rebounds.

Honorable Mention: Klay Thompson (GSW, G)

C.J. Miles (Ind, F) - $4,600

The small forward and power forward choices on FanDuel are filled with injuries. So, I'll leave it to you to decide which expensive forwards you would like to invest in. However, for your second small forward slot, you should definitely look at C. J. Miles as a low risk, high reward option for Tuesday'™s matchup. Miles is as inconsistent as ever, and is essentially a lottery ticket more than anything else. However, he could very well be the fantasy point source you need to win in a larger pool. In his last two games, Miles has averaged 27.0 points, 3.5 rebounds, 1.0 assists, and 1.0 steals. He has been incredibly hot shooting the ball, and he could very well provide great value at the second small forward position if he can stay hot and earn the opportunity to take more shots for the team. Rodney Stuckey is questionable for Tuesday's matchup against the Nets, so Miles might just have the minutes to play his way into a nice fantasy night.

Honorable Mention: Tim Duncan (SA, F)

DeAndre Jordan (LAC, C) - $9,200

There are a few great choices at the center slot with Brook Lopez, Andre Drummond, and DeAndre Jordan all playing Tuesday night. You can't really go wrong with any of these guys (and please do pick one of these guys), but Jordan will be my guy due to his proven consistency night in and night out, as well as his slightly better blocks numbers. The return of Blake Griffin hasn'™t caused Jordan to skip a beat, as a MVP-caliber Chris Paul has continued to find Jordan in every lob opportunity. In his last eleven games, Jordan has averaged 13.2 points, 16.7 rebounds, 1.4 assists, 0.8 steals, and 2.2 blocks. Jordan is really earning his way to a mega-contract this upcoming summer, but for now he will continue to be one of the best fantasy producers at the center position. The Clippers play the Warriors on Tuesday night, so the matchup might be slightly more difficult for Jordan to dominate. However, the Warriors have limited Andrew Bogut's playing time and opportunities as of late to prepare for the playoffs, so Jordan should have a good game against weaker Golden State defenders nonetheless.

Honorable Mentions: Brook Lopez (BKN, C), Andre Drummond (Det, C)

DFS Sleeper Pick

Udonis Haslem (Mia, F) - $5,100

Udonis Haslem is a tentative pick at best. He could very easily give you a dud night if Hassan Whiteside returns for Tuesday's game against the Spurs. However, Haslem could be a solid pick at the second power forward position if Whiteside is held out for another game. The Miami Heat have been completely wrecked by injuries, especially at the big man positions. Chris Bosh is gone, and Whiteside hasn't stayed healthy. Haslem has had to step in, and he has actually produced quiet admirably. In his last three games, Haslem has averaged 12.0 points, 11.0 rebounds, 1.7 assists, and 1.3 steals. That kind of fantasy line isn't mind-blowing by any means, but it could certainly help pad your team composition on a night where many injuries and uncertainties have hurt player values in the forward positions.

Honorable Mention: Tiago Splitter (SA, C)
