What’s up RotoBallers. Welcome to another edition of my FanDuel analysis for DFS contests. We’re looking at a full slate of contests tonight, Tuesday August 25th, with first pitch at 7:05 EDT.

My goal as always is to help you find matchups for your DFS lineups to help you win on FanDuel. Good luck tonight RotoBallers!

Editor’s Note: We have some awesome rest of season MLB DFS Services Premium Lineup Picks deals, that include all of our Premium DFS lineup picks, analysis and also exclusive access to all our other Premium tools, apps and resources. Get MLB DFS Premium and get an edge!

Offenses to Target for FanDuel Stacking

These are in no particular order, but every one of these stacks is worth a look and consideration. There aren't really any that stick out to me as potentially chalky.

Mets Left-handed batters against Jerome Williams

Williams is probably the weakest starter on the board today and the rejuvenated (or perhaps reborn) Mets offense is looking good. They get a major park upgrade as this game is in Philadelphia and a few of their hitters with particularly good splits against right-handed pitching are Curtis Granderson, Daniel Murphy and Michael Conforto. (And Kelly Johnson, too, though I'm not sure he sticks in the lineup today as David Wright is back.)

Dodgers Right-handed batters versus John Lamb

Like the Mets, the Dodgers are getting a major park upgrade this evening. They've got a great opportunity to pick on rookie John Lamb. He's thrown just two games at the major league level, so it feels wrong to print any of his stats and splits against LHB and RHB, but the numbers over 11+ innings are encouraging for opposing offenses. If you want some guys with strong splits against southpaws, look no further than Justin Turner, Kike Hernandez and Scott Van Slyke.

Honorable Mention: Cardinals RHB versus Robbie Ray

DFS Starting Pitchers to Consider for FanDuel Cash Games

Stephen Strasburg (SP, WAS) - $10,000

Strasburg is the top option on the board for me today. He struggled quite a bit earlier in the year, but he seems to have righted the ship since the All-Star break. In his last three starts, Strasburg has gone 2-1 with a 1.35 ERA and 0.70 WHIP. For the season, he's averaging over nine strikeouts per nine frames of work and he faces a Padres team that not only doesn't scare me much, but strikes out in more than 23% of their at-bats. Vegas likes the Nats (-170) and Strasburg quite a bit, too. That's a lot of juice, especially when you consider his counterpart this evening is James Shields.

Honorable Mention: Jake Arrieta (SP, CHC) - $11,200

DFS Starting Pitchers to Consider for FanDuel Tournaments

Nathan Karns (SP, TAM) - $8,200

Karns might be a little bit on the pricier side for a GPP option, but I'm not floored with any of the options today. Karns has fairly big strikeout potential, especially when facing a team that K's in more than 25% of their at-bats. The Twins offense gets a major downgrade moving from Target field to Tropicana, too.

Josh Tomlin (SP, CLE) - $5,700

Tomlin is certainly a high-risk, high-reward guy tonight. On paper, the 2.08 HR/9 looks terrifying, sure. And to be honest, I hope that scares some folks away. On the flip side, he holds incredible strikeout potential (8.3 K/9) as he faces a Brewers club strikes out in more than 26% of their at-bats  - the highest mark of any club tonight. Tomlin has been better than average as of late, too, posting a 1-1 record with a 2.03 ERA and 0.67 WHIP in the past 21 days. I'm a fairly big believer in his win potential as well, as I expect his Indians teammates to chase Wily Peralta from this game early.

DFS Infielders to Consider for FanDuel

Travis d'Arnaud (C, NYM) - $3,100

Travis has been swinging a hot bat as of late (3 HR, .605 slugging last two weeks) and gets a great park upgrade tonight. For the season, d'Arnaud owns a .360 wOBA against righties to go along with a .219 ISO. He's also facing a weak opposing starter and is hitting in the middle of a batting order that is firing on all cylinders at the moment.

Chris Gimenez (C, TEX) -$2,600

If you're looking to save a little cash at catcher and/or d'Arnaud just isn't doing it for you, Gimenez is a great GPP option. He has fantastic splits against southpaws and can hit for power. A hot and humid Arlington night could lead to a lot of balls leaving the ballpark.

Carlos Santana (1B, CLE) - $3,300

At this price and with the matchup he has out in front of him tonight, I think Santana plays well in both cash and GPPs. He hits in the middle of an order that should get after Peralta early tonight and has a .336 wOBA and a .202 ISO against right-handed pitching, too.

Mike Napoli (1B, TEX) - $2,700

Napoli makes for an excellent boom or bust candidate tonight. He has an impressive wOBA against lefties (over .400) but he's also very strikeout prone. Still, the .287 ISO and .578 slugging percentage is too juicy for me to pass on in tournaments.

Jason Kipnis (2B, CLE) - $3,200

Kipnis is my favorite cash game infielder tonight. He's got outstanding platoon splits against righties and I think the run scoring and RBI opportunities will be ample tonight.

Enrique Hernandez (2B, LAD) - $2,200

I'm using Hernandez tonight in my Dodgers stack and as part of a "low floor, high ceiling" roster I like to throw together every so often. He has a major park upgrade and outstanding power numbers against LHP. Take a look at these: .338 ISO and .706 slugging percentage. Him being priced at the minimum tonight is highway robbery in GPP formats.

Travis Shaw (3B, BOS) - $2,900

It's a pretty small sample size, but Shaw has been doing very well in Boston since his call up, particularly against left-handed pitching. He's in a nice park tonight to do some damage and plays as a solid cash option and great GPP option.

Todd Frazier (3B, CIN) - $2,800

Sure, the ToddFather hasn't been quite his self lately, but the price is right and I think a lot of players will overlook him tonight. He's facing Alex Wood, who has been nothing special, and Fraziers .346 ISO against lefties is particularly appealing, especially in Great American Ballpark.

Jhonny Peralta (SS, STL) - $2,400

I still can't understand how Peralta is priced so low, but I'm done trying. Peralta can mash left handed pitching while hitting for a solid average and tonight he faces a weak starter in an excellent power hitters park. Roster Peralta and reap the benefits.

DFS Outfielders to Consider for FanDuel

Curtis Granderson (OF, NYM) - $3,300

Granderson is an absolute steal at this price. He's much better against RHP than he is against LHP and he's got the splits - .377 wOBA, .233 ISO - to prove it.

Rusney Castillo (OF, BOS) - $3,300

Okay, so it might be tough to match last night's production, but that's no reason we shouldn't give him a try this evening. He can hit for power, is on a blazing steak and has great splits against southpaws.

Stephen Piscotty (OF, STL) - $3,300

So we didn't get the production out of the rookie Piscotty last night, but we also didn't get the matchup we were supposed to see as LHP Robbie Ray was scratched from the start. The good news? Ray throws this evening and Piscotty can really mash lefties.

Chris Young (OF, NYY) - $3,100

I don't have to tell you the rules about playing Young against LHP in Yankee Stadium, because you already know it.
