Top NFL Draft Targets

Jake Locker will have one last opportunity to be a healthy 16 game starter in the NFL.  The Titans are going to have the opportunity to draft a player like Khalil Mack (LB, Buffalo) and CJ Mosely (LB, Alabama).  Linebacker looks like it’s in the cards where the Titans will be drafting.
